Retail Assistant Manager in Hamburg, NY

Retail/ service showroom: greet customers, answer phone, schedule delivery and service appointments, check-in and collect payment
Parts: Assist phone, email and in-person inquiries and orders for parts
Showroom: Assist customers to purchase accessories, coordinate Inventory including special orders, stocking, counting
Sales: Train with sales to learn our process to advise customer on their equipment purchases.

The ideal candidate has background with progressive responsibility in retail / customer service -- we are willing to train on the specifics for our fun industry!
