Salary Range: $21.48 -$27.93 per hour

Sales Operation Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist will work very closely with the (Fluid Milk) commercial sales team, reseller channel partners, & distributor partners to help drive channel relationship execution and ease of partnership.
The Sales Operations Specialist promotes is customer-oriented and will build customer loyalty by facilitating a frictionless sales process as the customer-facing front line team member.

Work Location: In Office

The Sales Operations Specialist provides overall day-to-day support to ensure the effective data management of all sales proposals and opportunities.
Administrative tasks include managing multiple inputs on updates to customer portals, to sales revenue and opportunity forecasts, participating in business development/opportunity tracking calls and providing support to the marketing department.

Additionally, this role will maintain effective communications with managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of the sales force and provide outstanding customer support.
This position works to ensure all sales organization objectives are completed in a timely fashion.
Proactively monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.

Being an initiative-taker is critical, as this person will work directly with specific Sales Manager to develop, plan, launch, manufacture, and market their assigned customer accounts.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience using Excel as a reporting and analytics tool to design, create, rollout and improve complex reports and analytical views using pivot tables, connected data sources and charting tools.
Create and maintain a file of all customer contracts and have a synopsis of certain ones with relevant information on key dates, milestones, and contacts.
Confirm PO requirements, billing set up, notations, documents uploaded correctly in applicable systems.
Verify, enter, and monitor data for Customer Portal management.
Monitor proposals and contracts for required POs, approved billing terms, correct billing entity, unusual changes to contract.
Effective communication skills to successfully collaborate with cross functional team members.
Excellent diligence and accuracy skills
Work with customer relations team to manage inventory issues (short code, overruns, etc.)
Support customer sample requests with communication, tracking and follow up on any issues
Manage item transition process to support purchasing team and minimize obsolescence while meeting customer objectives.
Assist in building customer presentations alongside marketing team.
Work with internal team to ensure compliance with customer programs and manage trade allowances and deductions.
Strength in working on cross functional teams, internally and potentially externally.
Support Sales functions including but not limited to maintaining customer contracts and developing synopsis of certain ones with relevant information on key dates, milestones, and contacts.

Desire to learn product portfolio
Interested in gaining knowledge of the financial drivers of our business and that of our customers
Education and Experience:

College Degree/Diploma in relevant course of study preferred, or high school with equivalent relevant work experience.
Pay: $21.48 -$27.93 per hour*
