Maintenance in Williamsville, NY

Presbyterian Village at North Church is hiring for a Full-Time Maintenance position. This position will include routine maintenance duties around the facility as well as in resident apartments. A successful candidate will have plumbing, electrical and painting experience, be highly ethical and responsible, have good customer service skills and works well with the elderly.

Responsibilities:
• Performs maintenance on all building systems equipment
• Completes maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assists with plumbing, hot water and electrical repairs
• All other responsibilities as assigned or requested

Hours: Monday-Friday days, occasional on call and weekends.
