Maintenance Supervisor in Tonawanda, NY

Salary Range: $24-$30 per hour

Pay and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete work orders and turnovers (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, etc.)
- Oversee maintenance technician and assign work
- Train and mentor team
- Track work orders electronically on cell phone app to include photos and notes
- Purchase supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule and coordinate vendors
- Adhere to property budgets
- Maintain positive curb appeal
- Manage preventative maintenance
- Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Successful Candidate Profile:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation and an active driver’s license
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and staircases

Skills &Qualifications:
- 5+ years supervisor experience
- 10+ years maintenance experience (cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall)
- Any additional certification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) will be considered an advantage
