ImpulseGUIDE.com, the cutting-edge provider of digital signage services, is seeking to add to our team a Western New York-based Customer Service and Tech Support Representative, to facilitate installation of our technology on-site with our customers, identify and implement customization solutions and troubleshoot problems. Our representative will work with professional installers to facilitate expedient, effective delivery of impulseGUIDE.com services, managing scheduling and collecting customer feedback. Once the technology is in place, our representative will receive and handle customer service inquiries, serve a single point-of-contact for technical issues, and develop best practices for on-going client support.
