Customer Service Representative:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a high level of service and care to all Ivoclar Vivadent customers, either via phone and/or email.
Our successful CSR's provide technical knowledge, determine product needs, enter orders, handle complaints, and successfully connect customers to the correct department or person.

- Previous Customer Service experience required
