Customer Sales / Service Representative in Athol Springs, NY

We are hiring a Customer Sales and Service Representative to add to our growing team!

A typical day will include:
• Selling and providing service in life, disability, and property and casualty insurance
• Working with teammates and managers to develop your sales skills
• Reviewing current policies with customers to ensure they have the coverage needed to properly protect them and their families
• Attending weekly sales meetings for feedback on how to best serve our customers, to learn about the changing industry, and to review sales successes
• Documenting all communication in our contact management system
• Working with other departments to track progress of sales and service items

Qualifications and Experience:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a team setting while also being personally motivated
• Desire to help people obtain the insurance coverage they need for peace of mind
• We will cover the cost of insurance licensing if you don’t already have your insurance licenses in place
• Strong interpersonal skills, including customer communication by phone
