Kernow North America is looking for an experienced long-term Full-Time Virtual Customer Service Representative based in the Buffalo,NY area.

Job includes:
• Process orders via cloud-based inventory management system
• Customer follow ups, respond to internal and external inquiries via email & phone
• Maintain logs & perform general administrative tasks

Ideal candidate has:
• Great attention to detail, is analytical and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work from home with a quiet and dedicated workspace
• Experience using MS Office software

Compensation: commensurate to experience, 40hrs/week (8am-5pm M-F).
