This position is responsible for transporting residents to appointments and activities throughout the area using an agency vehicle.

Responsibilities
•Transports residents to and from appointments throughout the local area
•Works with other staff members to properly coordinate resident appointments
•Monitors vehicle maintenance

Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalency
•Previous experience with transportation
•Must possess a valid New York State driver's license
