Technician in Lockport, NY

Salary Range: up to $25.50 an hour

Moley Magnetics & Equipment is looking for a full-time Technician to join our Electric, Motor, and Door team. This is a hands-on, shop-based role focused on inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing motors, pumps, skids, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Inspect and troubleshoot motors, pumps, and VFD systems
-Assemble mechanical components to precise specifications
-Perform repairs and maintenance in a timely, efficient manner
-Work closely with shop team and follow safety protocols
-Maintain repair logs and operational documentation
-Support additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-Valid driver’s license
-2+ years of hands-on mechanical repair experience
-Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted
-Must supply personal hand tools
-Adherence to safety gear and clean attire required
