We are looking for hardworking individuals who want to learn the craft of masonry, concrete, and carpentry while working alongside experienced crew members.
No prior experience needed. Many of our top team members come from backgrounds in sports, construction, landscaping, farm work, or other hands-on environments.
A Day in the Life of Our Crew:
- Your day begins early as the team reviews the project plan. Crews work alongside experienced Team Leads on masonry, concrete, and carpentry projects
- Learning to work with materials such as stone, block, brick, concrete, and wood
- Assisting with building walls, structures, and various outdoor installations
- Helping to maintain an organized and productive jobsite
- Supporting the crew in completing projects efficiently and safely
Throughout the day, you’ll stay active moving materials, learning tools, helping skilled crew members, and steadily building your trade skills.
At the end of the day, you can step back and see real progress — something your team built that will last for years.
Pay & Benefits:

What the First Year Looks Like:
First 30 Days
You’ll learn the basics of the jobsite — tools, materials, safety practices, and how our crew works together.
First 3–6 Months
You’ll begin developing real skills in masonry, concrete, and carpentry while becoming a dependable member of the crew.
6–12 Months
As your experience grows, you’ll take on more responsibility and begin building the skills needed to become a Skilled Technician.
Hardworking team members who commit to learning can continue advancing toward roles like Crew Leader or Skilled Craftsman.
