Now hiring for the for the following position:

Rework Sprayer / Oversize Sprayer Assistant
Responsibilites:
Starting at: $13.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Cleanliness of work area and equipment.
-Keeping up with production as it comes through the booth.
-Spraying molding, panels, tall frames, and custom pieces.
-Rotate on and off with other sprayers.
-Consistently spray a quality finish.
-Make sure equipment is working properly and at designated pressures/specs. If not notify Team Leader.
-Make sure molding rack is always cleared off (when there is two sprayers).
-Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Knowledge of spray equipment.
-Be able to identify imperfections when spraying and correct.
-Be able to work in a fast paced factory setting.
-Ability to differentiate colors and numbers.
-Must possess a good attitude and be a team player.
-Knowledge of paint mixing.
-Regular attendance.
-Work overtime as required to meet production demands.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

-Twelve years of general education or equivalent.
-At least 2 years spraying experience or basic spraying techniques (trainable).
-Be able to adjust to spraying different materials (stain, topcoat, paint, and antique material)
