Site Coordinator in Buffalo, NY

The Site Coordinator oversees the overall day-to-day operations of four group homes, serving adults living with serious mental illness. Manages a team of site supervisors who provide room and board, restorative services, care planning, linkages to services, and crisis intervention. Monitors and assures performance expectations and outcomes are achieved. Provides supervision, coaching, and training to staff. Provides on-call coverage. Minimum Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in human services-related fields with a minimum of 1 year of experience providing care to persons with mental illness, chemical dependency, developmental disabilities, or a chronic medical condition, plus 2 years of paid supervisory experience. Must have a valid NYS Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

Full-time exempt position.
