Shipping / Receiving Person in West Seneca, NY

Duties / Responsibilities
• Communicate with staff and freight companies or customers by use of e-mail. Use of the internet systems to assist in finding the proper information to complete tasks and objectives.
• Prepare documentation such as waybill, bills of lading, customs invoices and associated documentation, labels and other paperwork as required for shipments inbound and outbound from Canada, the USA, and international countries
• Ability to plan and coordinate shipments
• Maintain storage facility and shop storage areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner
• Must be able to follow written and verbal operating instructions

Qualifications /Requirements
• Minimum requirement High School or Technical School
• Minimum one year in a related industry
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Must be familiar with computers and basic Microsoft Office application programs
