TRS Heating & Air Conditioning continues to have one of its strongest growth years ever, and as a result is looking for a qualified Assistant for it's Service Department.
This high-value position will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Create and process all new and renewal maintenance agreements.
- Create and process all maintenance agreements for the new constructed homes.
- Complete and process the maintenance agreement reminder letters for the new constructed homes at the (8) and (10) month time frame from customer closing.
- Maintain a record of the annually required maintenance appointment for the commercial customers and schedule required maintenance accordingly.
- Prepare maintenance agreement bulk mail order and process for shipment.
- Process all maintenance agreements with payments received on a daily basis via mail, phone or email. Copy to be forwarded to accounting for payment recording.
- Answer all maintenance related phone calls or questions.
- Schedule all maintenance appointments.
- Perform all daily maintenance appointment reminder cal ls.
- Enter all technician maintenance appointments into Fleetmatics for the next date's appointments.
- Route the technicians to all scheduled appointments.
- Process credit card payments from all technicians.
- Maintain and file all maintenance related paperwork, while assisting with all service paperwork as needed.
- Light cleaning (example but not limited to - vacuuming, trash removal, cleaning desks, file cabinets, kitchen, washing floors, etc.)
- Other duties as required
