Service Coordinator Prinicipal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Interfaces with customers and assigns RMA numbers as necessary and all applicable data entry required
2. Interfaces with repair technicians to determine failure mode/analysis and pricing for repairs
3. Manages all paperwork and order entry required for entire repair process
4. Manages the repair database
5. Researches and reports on failure trends

Job Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or applicable technical experience. Two to four years in a related technical environment

Skills and Knowledge:
1. Possess good organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
2. Possess data processing, mathematical, and technical skills
