Seasonal Maintenance in Buffalo, New York

Great opportunity for Graduating High School and College students home for the summer looking for work! We are seeking seasonal general laborers to start at the end of May running through the end of August. In this role, the seasonal maintenance worker performs manual work including basic grounds maintenance and improvements and assists with more involved tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:
-Loading and unloading of materials
-Scraping and painting
-Light construction
-Landscaping

Qualifications and Skill Sets:
-Must have your own transportation
-High school graduate or reached their 18th birthday
-Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers

Experience:
-Ability to understand and carry out written and oral directions.
-Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
-Ability to work independently without constant supervision in accomplishing assigned duties.

Physical Requirements:
-Prolonged periods of standing and walking
-Ability to lift up to 70lbs without assistance
-Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.

Schedule:
-8 hour shifts : 8am - 4pm
-Monday through Friday to Saturday

Salary: $16 per hour
