We are currently hiring organized, professional workers to conduct post-discharge telephone assessments from home. Set your own hours Monday through Sunday, days and evenings,
to meet your weekly goals. Must be organized, self-driven and able to work independently. Candidates must live locally in the Buffalo area as weekly drop-off on Mondays at our
Williamsville office are required. Pay is based on completed records. A three-day paid orientation is held.
