Salary Range: $48,660 - $59,200

What will your day look like?
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans that identify patients’ needs and strengths
Provide individual and group counseling
Participate in weekly one-on-ones with your manager, as well as team meetings to discuss cases
Coordinate and collaborate with other service providers and family members
Maintain patient records consistent with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
Perform other duties as defined by the Program Director

What has prepared you for this opportunity?
In addition to all of the all-nighters and cramming for exams…
CASAC or CASAC-T (Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor)
OR
Master’s degree in a program that will grant licensure in the state of New York

Location:
Conveniently located on Elm Street in downtown Buffalo, Terrace House is a 68-bed facility offering stabilization and medically-supervised detox treatment.
We provide twenty-four hour care to adults who need support, counseling, observation, nursing, and medical care to achieve initial stabilization from drug and/or alcohol withdrawal.

Hours:
This position is full-time, Sunday-Thursday with two evening shifts required.

Compensation:
Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive.
The range of pay for this position is $48,660 - $59,200.
Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education.
Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.
