Homespace is hiring a full time Residential Case Coordinator who is responsible for the initial and ongoing assessment of all clients in key areas (health, safety and well-being); assisting clients in developing realistic goals; making referrals for services; maintaining positive relationships with community service providers; ensuring permanency and regular family contact; working proactively with the team to ensure productivity; and monitoring the progress of clients, and for the “hands-on” work that is done to improve and show progression with each client’s Independent Living (IL) skills. Utilization of Trauma Informed Care focus is essential in this position.

*Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree and prior experience in the human services field. Applicants must have a valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to transport youth. Successful applicants will be subject to state-mandated and other background checks as a condition of beginning employment.
