Registered Nurse (RN): for 1st and 2nd shift as part of our expansion of services.

Responsibilities include:
-Coordinate care with primary care offices and refer as needed
-Provide direct services to individuals in community and office settings (injections, blood work, vaccinations, medication reconciliation, education and health awareness)
-Participate in treatment meetings
