Neighborhood Health Center (NHC) is GROWING and actively seeking a Quality Coordinator.
The Quality Coordinator will have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, QA/QI, Quality Incentives, USD & HRSA Monitoring & Reporting.

Responsibilities:
- QA Audits and Calendar
- Quality Dashboards
- Uniform Data System (UDS) & HRSA Monitoring & Reporting
- Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Improvement (QI) & Risk Management

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree, preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Public Health, Quality or equivalent.
- Experience working with an Electronic Health Record.
- Experience managing logistics and following processes.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. A second language of Spanish preferred.
