Plant Foreman in Alden, NY

Bennett Mfg. Co has been in business for over 100 years and is recruiting for a 1st shift Plant Foreman.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the flow of production.
• Effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment in a metal fabrication environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Adept at problem solving.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with all levels of personnel, including the ability to motivate employees.
• Administer disciplinary actions when require.

Requirements:
• Must have knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
• Previous Foreman experience
• Solid leadership skills
• Experience with unionized workforce.
