Seneca Holdings is seeking a Payroll Specialist in WIlliamsville, NY. $45-$55,000 annually
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Complete Onboarding of new hires into payroll systems
-Review timesheets for accuracy
-Process any/all payroll changes required to process biweekly payrolls accurately and timely
-3-5 years' experience with ADP Workforce Now and payroll processing
-Knowledge of FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws
-Multistate payroll experience
-ERP system experience
-Must be able to work with confidential material/information
-Must be analytical and have above average organizational and time management skills
-Must be able to prioritize and work independently or as a team member as needed
-Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Strong customer service abilities
-Microsoft SharePoint experience
-Experience posting Labor in different ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint knowledge a plus)
-Government contracting environment experience a plus
-Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
-Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-Demonstrated capacity for attention to detail and accuracy of work product
-Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information, and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
-Able to work independently
