Paver/Laborer in Clarence Center, NY

We are seeking a Paver/Laborer to join our team!

Responsibilities:
• Load and unload cargo
• Sweep and clean parking lots to prepare for paving
• Shovel and rake asphalt

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in paving or other related fields; if lacking experience, a willingness to work hard and learn will be accepted
• Have a commercial driver’s license or willing to obtain one after employment (pay increase based on CDL status)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic

Benefits:
• Pay rate based o past experience; some prevailing wage work at NYS wages ($13 to $18 hourly wage)
• Medical insurance available, company pays single after one year
• After one year of employment you will receive a 401K and be included in the company’s profit sharing program
