Full-time, part-time or per-diem for the day shift. Responsible for repairs to mechanical systems. Performs general repairs and maintenance duties in all buildings, including preventive maintenance. Maintains grounds, performing seasonal duties. Protects Fox Run property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Responds to resident emergencies. Performs various clerical functions as assigned. Will maintain grounds (performing seasonal duties), respond to resident and campus emergencies and, most importantly, ensure that all Fox Run Community Members feel safe in their homes. The Fox Run Maintenance Team members are well-loved throughout our organization because of their hard work, positive attitudes and, above all, meticulous attention to detail.
