General Manager to Lead our Field Service Team
Experienced General Manager to lead our team of horticultural field service technicians and oversee the operations of our commercial interior landscaping
business.
Design sales and marketing, team training and leadership, customer care, oversee administrative and accounting.
Horticultural experience is not required.
The Botanicus holistic horticultural system is trainable and sustainable.

Possible Qualifications-
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a commercial field service business.
• Experience with sales and marketing, with the ability to drive business growth and meet revenue targets helpful.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, financial management, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
