Manual Lathe Machinist in West Seneca, NY

Salary Range: $23-25 per hour starting wage

We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a technical
background and a passion for producing high-quality work. As a machinist, you will be responsible for
performing a range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our workshop.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Capable of performing all mechanical measurements
• Basic mathematical capabilities with an understanding of tolerances
• Capable of reading mechanical drawings and specifications to applicable standards
• Knowledge of mechanical instruments, calibration techniques and requirements
• Operating principles and the use of the following equipment
• Milling Machine
• Manual Lathe Machine (Set-up and Operation)
• Usage of overhead cranes and material handling equipment
• Welding principles and application; basic manual ARC welding
• Usage of pneumatic, hydraulic and air tools

Qualifications/Requirements
• Experience: 3-5experience in a related industry
• Must have a valid NYS Enhanced License

• $23-25 per hour starting wage
