Maintenance Technicians: These individuals assist the Maintenance Manager with preventive maintenance tasks, electrical/plumbing/HVAC repair, drywall repair, painting, pool maintenance, and general grounds upkeep. Excellent experience for building your career in the skilled trades. Prior experience in a similar maintenance role is very helpful. Must have valid driver’s license.
