Maintenance Technician Supervisor in Boston, NY

Salary Range: $25-$30 based on expereince

Maintenance Tech Supervisor needed for our multiple location business in the Southtowns.
We are looking for someone who is extremely reliable, honest, self-motivated, can work independently, can lead, and can multi-task and prioritize as issues arise.
The maintenance technician will work to ensure the physical appearance and mechanical operations of quick-service restaurants, salons, and residential properties.
We are a locally owned organization looking for an individual who is willing to grow with our company.

Qualifications:
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-Owns their own tools *not required but preferred*
-CLEAN NYS driving record
-Possible weekends and emergency evening/early morning work
-Small appliance/kitchen equipment repair experience
-Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge
-Landscaping and possible snow removal
-Perform basic carpentry, painting, and general maintenance of buildings
-Ability to troubleshoot and work with outside vendors to complete bigger jobs
-Someone located in the Southtowns or Southern Tier is preferred

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 hr. shift, some weekends/nights if needed
Able to commute: Yes- Southtowns/ Southern Tier
Salary: Ranging from $25-$30 per hour, based on experience and expertise
