Maintenance Technician - Groundskeeper

Gerspach Properties LLC is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its staff. It manages the property that PoolSupplies.com occupies at 574 Main Street in Tonawanda, NY.
PoolSupplies.com, a large ecommerce and catalog retailer of swimming pool products and supplies located in Tonawanda, is seeking applicants for the following position.

Duties: Performs property maintenance using skills of the building trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and mechanical as well as grounds maintenance and snow removal. 2 years of maintenance
experience, preferably in a large warehouse environment. Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift and other motorized equipment. Available to work a flexible schedule, which may include extended shifts and weekend
assignments. Valid Driver’s License is required.
