Salary Range: $22.52-$27.96 per (commensurate with experience).

The Buffalo Zoo is seeking a Maintenance Technician that possesses proficiency in one or more of the skilled service, maintenance or building trades.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of building codes, structure repair, building system troubleshooting (electrical, plumbing, etc.), amusement ride maintenance, material fabrication, mechanical repair, carpentry, welding, masonry, painting skills.
Successful completion of post-offer fitness for duty test and background check are required.

Position Qualifications (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree, specialized training, and/
or certifications from a technical college in
construction-related fields are preferred
• Mechanical aptitude

Compensation/Benefits
Full-time, CSEA union, non-exempt hourly position.
Pay range dependent upon skills and experience: $22.52-$27.96 per hour.
