Maintenance Technician in Buffalo , NY

Salary Range: $20-$25/hr

Needed for the overall maintenance of the apartment communities and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, and repair
• Make ready units for new move-ins

Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, and fellow employees. Must have the necessary tools to effectively complete task outlined above.

Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
