Maintenance Managers in Buffalo , NY

Maintenance Managers: Basic repair work including painting, wall covering, HVAC repair and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance and operation, and preventative maintenance. Ensures completion and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules. Works with contractors and vendors, obtains bids, and oversees projects. Works proactively to identify potential maintenance issues and maintains open communications with hotel General Manager. Fosters a positive, cooperative work environment between the
maintenance department and hotel guests, visitors, management and staff. Trains and supervises maintenance assistant.

Minimum three years’ related experience. Demonstrated general mechanical skills are necessary. Requires computer and internet skills. Must have valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
