Maintenance Coordinator:
-Required work experience
-Plumbing and or carpentry experience
-Electrical Wiring work experience
-Building Maintenance work experience
-HVAC work experience
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to carry, climb and operate extension ladder, (approx. 28 ft high and 75 pounds)
-Ability to work while standing 50 - 70% of the time
Work Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, 9:30am-6:00pm.
