Sotek/Belrix Industries, is a manufacturer of components and assemblies used in large electrical motors and generators.

We are located in the Southtowns and currently seeking to fill the following position for our location:

CNC Machinist / Manual Machinists positions available.

Job Type: Full-Time, 1st and 2nd Shifts available

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated person with a strong work ethic and ability to bring alternative technical solutions. Training will be provided as needed. The primary responsibilities of this role will be:
• Operate both CNC and manual equipment to machine precision parts, also machine and modify fixtures and dies as needed.
• Machine shop math, blueprint reading, set-up and tool selection
• Interface with internal customers and work with team members to solve any production related issues
• Use appropriate hand tools to ensure products to properly fit together
• Participate in safety meetings and promote general job safety

Qualifications:
• Must be an ambitious person willing to learn and grow within our organization
• Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• High degree of ownership and willingness to learn
• High level of problem solving ability
• Minimum 2 years’ machining experience
• Able to operate CNC and manual machines
