Machine Repair and Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
Responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance of all machines and supporting equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include troubleshooting, and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance
• Performs safety checks on all equipment
• Logs accurate account of all work completed
• Responsible for researching and finding replacement parts
• All other duties as assigned by the Area Manager
• Able to collaborate with other team members such as production workers and engineering to help identify and resolve maintenance issues.

Job Requirements:
• Comfortable working in high places
• Familiar with all shop operations
• Manual dexterity to manipulate small parts
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good problem solving ability
• Basic computer skills

Minimum Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent
• Work experience in machine repair or maintenance
• Experience working in a machine shop environment preferred
• Certified to operate a forklift
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

$25-$35 per hr. Salary commensurate with experience
