Salary Range: $27.48 /hour

As our L&D Specialist, you'll take the lead in designing and implementing cutting-edge training programs that elevate skill sets and foster professional growth across our organization.
Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll craft comprehensive training initiatives covering everything from onboarding to leadership development, ensuring our employees have the tools they need to succeed.

Minimum qualifications include at least 3 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in human services, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred: Mental Health, Social Work, or similar permit/licensure.

$27.48 per hour.
