Kaz Home Improvements an established and growing remodeling company is seeking for immediate employment, a Project Developer/ Kitchen and Bathroom Sales with construction knowledge and a sense of design.

About the positoin:
Your role as a Project Developer/ Kitchen and Bathroom Sales would be to meet with potential clients, help with design and pricing, bathroom, kitchen and interior residential remodeling... Our approach to sales is a consultative sales process. You will measure, design, price, help the client with the decision and sell the client's dream or solution. Plus you will work with our exceptional production team to have the project accomplish the clients and company goals.

Requirements:
-Construction - Remodeling Experience - You have to know the terminology and have some experience on installation. At least 5 years of experience needed.
-Preferably some sales experience but not as important if you have the right attitude.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Preferably computer skills – a plus if you can use AutoCad, Chief Architect or 2020 Design Program
-Able to pass a background check.
-Verifiable references.

Compensation: Benefits package includes bonuses, paid vacation, medical insurance contributions, Simple IRA Retirement funding, paid vacation and holidays. Salary plus commission $42K-$100K
