Training is paid, including NYS Property and Casualty Insurance licensing course.

Responsibilities will include:
• Have a great attitude on the telephone speaking with customers and prospective clients.
• Contacting our warm leads to obtain application information that will be used to quote insurance products.
• Taking the application information that was obtained, using it to prepare quotes for prospects that will identify either better coverage options, a better price or both.
• Reaching an achievable monthly sales goal in order to qualify for monthly bonus.
• Abides by the current laws and office policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment that is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.

Requirements:
• Customer service or sales support experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Self-starter with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and all levels of employees.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and related software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location: Cheektowaga, NY
Average First Year Salary: $45,000-$62,000/year includes bonus
