Inside Sales Specialist:
Works with sale stff and customers to define commercial product needs and provide seamless delivery of services. Supports sales staff in the design, application and sales solutions for
commercial projects. Communicates directly with HVAC customers in response to complex commercial and residential needs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must be knowledgable of residential matched systems and learn how to use AHRI’s website to provide AHRI certi cates with non-JCI products
• Coordinate in stock inventory to open orders, track back orders and work with Purchasing Manager on direct ship orders
• Enter and update all quotes, submittals, customer orders in Commercial Job Files and internal system; coordinate with the bidding customers and their Territory Manager for order entry, job status follow-up and shipping requirements
• Convert quotes into orders, enter orders in ERP software, track and expedite product
• Coordination of logistics; work as a liaison between the factory and the Company
• Assist customers and our Sales Team with residential and commercial based questions pertaining to availability of product

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Commercial HVAC terminology and related products
• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills; ability to provide direction and support to others
• Familiarity with MS Window software
• Ability to interface with multiple customer base - dealers and consumer - for resolving problems; ability to meet deadlines

Level Summary:
• Five to seven years of related experience in HVAC industry
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience with Technical/Trade school or equivalent combination of education and experience
