Hybrid HR Generalist in Buffalo, NY

A Buffalo based accounting firm is eager to hire an experienced HR Generalist on a full-time basis.

Duties and responsibilities:
*Interviewing and hiring staff and completing new employee onboarding
*Administering employee benefits
*Handling employment-related inquiries and/or concerns
*Ensuring compliance with training, policies, and practices
*Assisting with payroll

The HR Generalist will have superb critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Must be a team player and able to multitask.

Candidates must be based near Buffalo, NY.

Job Requirements
*Minimum Associate degree required, Bachelor`s degree preferred
*3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
*Paylocity and Deltek experience preferred
*Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Proficient with MS Word and Excel
