Responsible for daily operations of Admissions, Rides and Attractions areas.

Essential functions: Oversees Rides and Attractions, Group Sales, birthday party locations including supervising, training, and improving guest interaction.
Responsible for interviewing and hiring of Guest Experience team members.
Projects high level of guest service and aids in issue resolution.

Education (Minimum): High school diploma.
Experience (Minimum): Three years in supervisory customer service role.
Three to five years cash management.
Experience developing Safety and Guest Service training plans.
Ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.

Full-time, non-exempt position.
Salary commensurate with experience.
