The Greenhouse Associate is an entry level position whose primary responsibility is to learn the proper methods to, under direct supervision, follow pre-established guidelines and procedures while performing duties relative to greenhouse production. It is the objective of the Greenhouse Associate is to learn proper greenhouse and agronomic skills and techniques to positively impact greenhouse production.
