Facilities Maintenance Tech in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: Starting pay is $19.50 per hour

Homespace Corp. is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Tech to work in our group homes, apartments, and administrative offices.
Mon.-Fri. from 9am-5pm with some flexibility.

Seeking an experienced person to troubleshoot & maintain mechanical equipment and buildings. Tasks include property & grounds upkeep, general plumbing work & carpentry, painting, flooring repairs, general electrical repairs, and ability to move and lift heavy items. Min. of 3 yrs. Exp and licensure or certifications is preferred. On-call may be necessary based on emergency needs. Must have a valid NYS Driver License, reliable transportation and successful applicants will be subject to State-mandated and other background checks as a condition of beginning employment.
