RMHC of WNY is seeking a Donor Database Administrator

Position Summary: As a Donor Database Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in our fundraising efforts by managing our donor database, processing daily gifts, and providing essential support to our development team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of our donor information while maintaining strong communication with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter daily gifts into the donor database and generate acknowledgment letters promptly.
• Maintain data integrity by updating and verifying donor information.
• Generate custom queries and reports to support fundraising initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors for mailing updates and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist the Executive Director with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience with donor management systems such as Network for Good required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and database management.
• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a team environment.


Compensation: Hourly rate: $25 per hour. This is a part-time position, and reports to Ronald McDonald House Charities of WNY campus.
