Director of Waiver Services: Oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the Waiver and Service Coordination Department. The Director is responsible for creating employee work schedules, monitoring budgets, maintaining participant records, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, standards and protocols that govern the Waiver programs and services provided by the Company. The Director maintains policies and procedures, provides education and mentorship to the staff as needed and assures the Mission, Vision and Values are adopted and followed in the execution of the daily operations of the Company.

Salary: 75K yearly
