Salary Range: $20-$23/hour

PoolSupplies.com, a large ecommerce and catalog retailer of swimming pool products and supplies located in Tonawanda, is seeking applicants for the following position.

Customer Service Representatives:
Will manage a large volume of incoming calls and emails with the goal of ensuring exceptional service and high customer satisfaction. Will provide product/service information and resolve customer problems. Prior telephone and email customer support experience required. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficient with evenings and weekends. Occasional seasonal overtime may be required. $20-$23/hour.
