Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure delivery requirements are met, expediting AOG requests ad overdue orders, reviewing debit memos, issuing credit memos, and resolving any payment-related issues.

Job Requirements
-2+ years of automated order entry and sales/customer service experience
-College degree in Business Administration preferred
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
-Pleasant, professional demeanor and a customer service mindset
-Basic accounting knowledge a plus
