Acquest is looking for a Construction Administrator. This position is full time and focuses on managing contracts and financial aspects of projects within our construction and development divisions.

• 5 years of experience is a must in Construction Admin functions
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and high work volume environment
• Procore experience would be a plus

Job Duties:
• Process American Institute of Architects (AIA) documents and Time & Material
invoices
• Process and post accounts payable invoices
• Manage customer and subcontract retainages
• Review customer accounts, send statements and call on past due invoices
• Process timecards
